The original Biometrics program, Biometrics One-on-One is a six-week, weight loss program that combines sound nutrition with individualized personal training. The focus of this program is the preservation of lean muscle tissue during weight loss, an objective accomplished by using strength training as the primary form of exercise. With the preservation or increase of lean muscle Biometrics One-on-One is for the person desiring highly personalized service and attention. Clients receive their own personal trainer for three thirty-minute workouts using a specific training technique (Biometrics Super-Slow Protocol). Clients also receive a customized meal plan with an appropriate calorie level based on the meal choices the clients have made from a Biometrics Menu.
