The original Biometrics program, Biometrics One-on-One is a six-week, weight loss program that combines sound nutrition with individualized personal training. The focus of this program is the preservation of lean muscle tissue during weight loss, an objective accomplished by using strength training as the primary form of exercise.

With the preservation or increase of lean muscle tissue, the metabolic rate is increased. By increasing the metabolic rate, your client will burn more calories at rest. In six weeks, the Biometrics client can expect to see a leaner, more energetic self, developing the motivation to continue exercising and maintaining a well-balanced, nutritious diet.

Biometrics One-on-One is for the person desiring highly personalized service and attention. Clients receive their own personal trainer for three thirty-minute workouts using a specific training technique (Biometrics Super-Slow Protocol). Clients also receive a customized meal plan with an appropriate calorie level based on the meal choices the clients have made from a Biometrics Menu. In addition, participants receive a Biometrics T-Shirt, Water Bottle, Exercise Card, and a post-program Results Report.
