In addition to the customized section of the Meal Plans, there is supplemental information that is used as a guide for modifying the clients' eating habits for the rest of their life. The Biometrics Meal Plan and accompanying information will teach the client how to:

• make healthy choices at the grocery store.
• properly apportion the food throughout the day.
• prepare food in a low-fat healthy way.
• modify recipes to make them healthier.
• make intelligent choices when dining out.

 

Biometrics has taught me that I do have a choice: a choice in what I eat; how I view food; and how and when I exercise. It has made it easy for me to finally realize how I want to look and feel, and how I want to live the rest of my life. I lost 35 lbs., and I have kept it off for more than two years.
