Lifestyle was created as a six-week, transitional maintenance program to follow up any of the previously mentioned Biometrics programs: One-on-One, Partner, & Team. It is designed to assist the client in either facilitating additional moderate weight loss or in stabilizing their weight.

Lifestyle Program clients are given increased responsibility in their food selection and exercise training, as they learn the concept of balancing energy intake and expenditure. The program uses the Food Exchange System from the American Dietetic Association to provide guidelines for the participant to make healthier food choices.

Typically, clients in the Lifestyle Program meet with a personal trainer once a week, and then exercise at least two times per week on their own. The exercise focuses on improving their cardiovascular condition, as well as continuing with the strength training (using a standard training protocol) to maintain or increase their lean body tissue. To create their customized meal plan, clients once again choose their meals from a Biometrics Menu. Also, participants receive a new Exercise Card, and another post-program Results Report.
